General Policies

  1. Carabelli's reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
  2. Carabelli's will not do ANY tattoo service anyone under the age of 18, no exceptions.
  3. Carabelli's will not perform tattoo or permanent makeup on anyone that is pregnant or still breastfeeding, no exceptions.
  4. Carabelli's does not allow children under 12 to accompany clients.
  5. No additional people with the client at the time of their PMU service, no exceptions. The artist needs ZERO distractions.
  6. Carabelli's collects payment when services are rendered, and are non-refundable.
  7. Booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
  8. Lash extensions ages 14-17 years must have parent/guardian consent.
  9. We will not carry out the procedure if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.


Payment Methods

  1. Cash, PayPal, Venmo.
  2. No Personal Checks of any kind.


Confirmation Policy

  1. Our time is valuable. If a client does not confirm their appointment by 12:00 PM the day before their scheduled service, their appointment will be cancelled by the Studio.
  2. Our system sends our multiple automated reminders and confirmation notifications starting a week in advance, and with today's technology, we believe there is no reason not to be able to confirm within a reasonable time frame.
  3. For the respect of our staff, the many others who want to enjoy our services & advanced booking, please confirm your appointments timely.


Late Policy - 15 Minutes

  1. If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment and you do not contact us, you are considered a "no-show."
  2. If you arrive 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule and must pay a new booking deposit.
  3. If a client no call - no show an appointment, we reserve the right to refuse future service.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

  1. Every appointment is very important to me.
  2. You may reschedule your appointment 3 days before (72 hours) prior to your appointment. You are allowed to reschedule once. And you will have to wait until my next availability.
  3. If a client needs to reschedule their appointment for any reason with less than 12 hours notice, a new booking deposit will be required to reschedule.
  4. If a client reschedules or cancels their appointment twice, the client forfeits all deposits paid, and services will need to be paid in full prior to appointment acceptance. No exceptions.
  5. Our booking system automatically sends reminders and confirmation requests, please be respectful and respond timely. If we do not receive confirmation by 12:00 pm the day before your appointment, it will be cancelled as there are many others who want to enjoy our services.
  6. Once services are rendered, there are no refunds, no exceptions.


PMU Perfection Session 4-8 weeks

  1. For best results, a $50-$75 Enhancement Appointment is highly recommended. This is so our artist can check healing, add more pigment if requested and discuss the healing process. You will be scheduled the day of your initial session for 4-8 weeks later. Touch Up session price varies, please see Brow, Eyeliner & Lip Blushing pages for details. Exception to eyeliner - only one perfection Session is included in the total cost of eyeliner, any subsequent touch ups will required payment.
  2. BUT....
  3. If your perfecting session is 12 weeks after your initial appointment, you will be charged $150.00 for the perfecting session regardless of Carabelli's availability.
  4. It is the client's responsibility to book within the recommended time frame. I cannot guarantee availability for last minute requests. Anything booked beyond 12 weeks may have a higher cost.


Booking Deposit

  1. A booking deposit is required for all Full Set Lash Extension, Blind Infills, & Permanent Makeup Services.

PMU - $100

Lash Sets - $75

Blind Infills - $25

  1. Your appointment will be approved and a Booking Deposit Link will be sent to you.
  2. You will have 24 hours to pay the booking deposit (Venmo or PayPal) to hold your appointment. If the booking deposit is not received then you risk the appointment being voided.
  3. Clients may lose their appointment time if the booking deposit is not paid.
  4. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your initial procedure; the remaining balance will be due on your appointment day.
  5. Your booking fee is non refundable, non transferable, and can only be applied to the scheduled service for the date and time secured.
  6. Please be sure about your appointment day and time before booking.


Lash Extensions - Full Sets/Infills

  1. If you DO NOT have lash extensions, your first appointment will be a Full Set between 2-3 hours.
  2. IStandard Infill appointments are 2-3 weeks from your initial Full Set and are scheduled for 1 hour 30 mins. Clients must have at least 45% of extensions to be considered a Standard Infill.
  3. Mini Infills are 1 week appointments in which clients must have at least 70% of their extensions to be considered a mini. Time Frame: 1 Hour
  4. If additional time is needed to complete the fill you will be charged accordingly (rounded).
  5. For every additional 15 minutes add $15 to the service cost.
  6. If extensions are below required percentage of extensions per infill, the price is subject to change.
